Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NationwideAttorney.ai website or Attorney Office System (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Attorney Office System is a client-intake, lead-management, communication, scheduling, and CRM-related service for law firms. It is designed to help firms capture inquiries, organize prospective clients, manage messages, schedule consultations, and track leads through to retention.

Attorney Office System is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It is not represented as full legal practice-management software and does not replace specialized legal case-management, trust accounting, or legal billing systems.

Pricing and Billing

Attorney Office System is offered at the following rates:

• Monthly: $299 per month plus a one-time $995 setup fee
• Annual: $2,990 per year plus a one-time $995 setup fee

The selected recurring subscription renews automatically until cancelled. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel the recurring subscription at any time; cancelling stops future subscription renewals.

Customers may cancel their Attorney Office System subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next recurring renewal charge. The customer will continue to have access to Attorney Office System through the end of the billing period already paid for.

Payments already made are non-refundable and are not prorated or credited for unused portions of a monthly or annual billing period. The $995 one-time setup fee is non-refundable once account setup work has begun.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• Managing authorized users and access to your account
• Keeping passwords and access credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Lawful use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter or process using the Service, including information about prospective and existing clients.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service may connect to or rely on third-party services, integrations, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and their use may be subject to separate terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and branding, is owned by NationwideAttorney.ai and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without authorization.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Availability and Service Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or reasonable changes to the Service from time to time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NationwideAttorney.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you have paid for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NationwideAttorney.ai from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of others.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for misuse, violation of these Terms, or nonpayment. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
